Those of us who play Fall Guys known the pain. You hop on, get into a match, and immediately someone is going faster than the speed of light across your screen. Its an incredibly disheartening feeling, desiring to win the match only for someone to hack their way to success. Needless to say, cheating is a rampant problem in most games and just as equally is in Fall Guys. For a while, the game has been running a simple anti-cheat which isn’t doing enough. If cheaters are getting enough wins for a full, ten crown outfit, they’ve been let free for too long. Mediatonic recognizes this issue, and working towards a proper fix to combat cheating.
We're really sorry about the cheating problem!
We're expanding the current detection system this week to improve things
We also have a BIG update in the next couple of weeks that adds the same anti-cheat used by games such as Fortnite
Thanks for bearing with us!

Amidst all the jokes the infamously adorable “BeanBot” has provided, the team is letting us know that a Fall Guys anti-cheat is on the way. This anti-cheat is the same one used by games like popular battle-royale shooter Fortnite, that being Easy AntiCheat. It may not be the greatest anti-cheat available, but Easy AntiCheat gets the job done correctly. That, combined with their own improvements to detection, should bring us to a point where cheaters are banned mid-game rather than much later.
I’m still playing Fall Guys actively, so these changes could not come any sooner. It’s frustrating dealing with hackers, especially when you make it to Crown Rush only for them to instantly win. I just hope I can finally win a match with this update but knowing my skill, that’s not something we’ll be seeing for a while. Given how substantial this news is, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Is Fall Guys’ cheating problem adversely effecting you PC readers out there? What games have you all been playing recently?
