To craft the Martial Artist’s Vest, you must be a Weaver of level 90. While it sounds daunting, there are many ways to level up your crafting and gathering jobs. If you already have that job at the required level, you must get the Master Weaver X tome at Radz-at-Han by exchanging White Scrips to unlock the recipe.
