Every so often, Final Fantasy XIV hosts an event that serves to help players get items in the game’s past that were either really tedious or difficult to obtain. How to Get Irregular Tomestones of Esoterics in Final Fantasy XIV
For the Moogle Treasure Trove event called Hunt for Esoterics, you need to queue up for one of the following Duties and you will get the corresponding Irregular Tomestones of Esoterics for completing the Duty:

Once you’ve gotten the needed Irregular Tomestones, you’ll be able to redeem them with the Itinerant Moogle in either Ul’dah, The Steps of Nald (9.6, 9.1), New Gridania (12.4, 12.1), or Limsa Lomina Lower Decks (9.4, 11.6), located close to the point where you teleport in.
