For Week 11 of Fortnite Chapter 2: Season 7, Epic Games has brought back the heavily requested feature that saw the special mechanics and features show up for a week to spice up the Battle Royale gameplay. This week is called Sneak Week where the game is reintroducing three silenced weapons and a host of challenges to complete involving them. The challenge in question is to do a certain amount of damage with suppressed weapons. This guide will show you how to deal damage with a suppressed weapon in Fortnite.
How to Deal Damage With Suppressed Weapon in Fortnite
There are currently three silenced weapons in Fortnite: the suppressed pistol, suppressed sniper, and suppressed assault rifle. Unfortunately, there are no locations that will guaranteed drop a suppressed weapon so there is no way to directly point you in a direction to get the guns you need. It isn’t hopeless, however, as during Sneak Week the regular variants of the sniper, pistol, and assault rifle have all been removed and replaced with the suppressed versions of the guns. This means that you can easily find these suppressed weapons in regular chests, IO chests, and sitting on the ground in the world. Once you have one of these weapons, either find an enemy or an alien that can be found in the alien biomes and do enough damage to them with the suppressed weapons until the challenges are cleared and finished.
Here is a complete breakdown of all the challenges related to doing damage with a suppressed weapon in Fortnite and how much XP you get from each one.
- Deal damage with suppressed weapons (0/1000) – 20000 XP
- Stage 1 of 2 – Deal damage with suppressed weapons (0/5000) – 30000 XP
- Stage 2 of 2 Deal damage with suppressed weapons (0/20000) – 50000 XP
Once you’ve hit 20,000 points of damages with suppressed weapons and the challenge is complete, you will be rewarded a total of 100,000 XP for leveling up your Fortnite Battle Pass.
