A Georgia woman was headed home from work on a bus when she noticed something appalling. A man standing next to her was visibly trying to steal her scooter from her! She wasn’t about to let this behavior slide, and proceeded to call him out for it.
TikToker @busetiquette is an Atlanta bus driver herself so she’s seen her fair share of exciting things around the city. But what happened to her recently really knocked it out of the ballpark. As she was gathering her things after a long day of work, she saw a man walking around her scooter. The passenger was assessing the area, seeing if he could make a clean break with her scooter in tow!
This TikToker started recording when she noticed what the man was up to. She records as he puts his hand on the scooter frame, clearly trying to claim it as his own. He’s watching out for any bystanders until she comes up behind him and loudly asks him, “Whatcha doing?” Stunned, he turns around, surprised that he’s been caught. He tells her, “I mean, it’s a scooter.” When he realizes it’s hers, he tries to backtrack and act like he wasn’t trying to take it. He actually has the audacity to act irritated that she’s recording him.
After posting the video on TikTok, @busetiquette says the man tried to call her out in a social media group. He tried to act like she was in the wrong and he wasn’t trying to steal her scooter. She added, “I wasn’t even gonna post this until I read his version of events!”
