You know, Gordon (Ben Mckenzie) hasn’t had the best of luck recently in Gotham and it seems to only get worse with this week’s episode. “Prisoners” sees how long Gordon will survive inside of Blackgate after being convicted of the murder of another fellow officer. Knowing Gotham, I doubt he will be in the slammer for long, but I will be curious if Bullock (Donal Logue) gets some more spotlight. Harvey has always been one of those characters I loved but never seems to be anything more than a sidekick to Gordon. With the exception of the Scarecrow focused episodes, Harvey really hasn’t had a story to himself so hopefully “Prisoners” will deliver. It also seems like none other than Carmine Falcone (John Doman) is returning! To what capacity is unknown, though it’s exciting to see a familiar face return. Finally, we will see the continuation of Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) and his father Elijah Dahl (Guest star Paul Reubens.) Am I the only one who doesn’t trust a single member of this family and feel like they are going to just try and kill Penguin? Either way, this upcoming episode is certainly shaping up to be an interesting one!
