You can complete Lingering Malady in Genshin Impact by collecting three Posters and one Billboard from the rooftops of Mondstadt City. However, you must complete Chapter 1: Act 2 and reach level 30 to unlock this quest.

Once you have completed these requirements, you can go to Mondstadt City and acquire the quest from Aramis. A storm has surrounded the entire city. Even though the storm is over, all signboards and Posters have gone with the wind. They have ended up on rooftops and city walls. Aramis find it challenging to climb up there and get them back. So, he asks for your help to recover these Posters and Billboards.

All locations of Posters and Billboards to complete Lingering Malady in Genshin Impact are shown on the above map. There is no order to collect these items, but you must climb the rooftops and walk along the walls to get them. Below are the four locations where you can find them.

  1. Poster1: This poster is located on the far westside roof near the Favonius Knights Headquarters
  2. Poster 2: This one is on the roof near the crafting bench.
  3. Poster 3: Go to the house’s roof on the southern corner, and you will find the poster.
  4. Billboard: Check on top of the northern city walls as shown on the map.

Collecting all the Posters and Billboard of Lingering Malady in Genshin Impact is easy if you know where to look. All four locations are marked on the map, so check them out before embarking on your quest. Once you have collected everything, return it to Aramis for a generous reward. With this reward, you can level your character and progress further in the game. So, this quest will be a great way to get an advantage in Genshin Impact.
