As many already know, Monument of Triumph marks the end of Destiny 2, but it isn’t going out without a bang. Besides the plethora of additions coming to the shooter, there are other things that we didn’t know about, and one of those is the setting of the new quests. Those jumping into the game as soon as the update goes live, or the servers stop imploding, will see some new missions to pursue. To get started, we’ve made a guide to show you how to complete ‘The Tenets’ quest in Destiny 2.

How to Start ‘The Tenets’ in Destiny 2

As many of you know, seasonal quests always happen in The Tower, so all you need to do is log into the game and check back to see if the legendary Director is heading to The Tower, where ‘The Tenets’ will be available for you. Also, don’t worry about having to spend a lot of time in it; it is a pretty short quest of only four steps, but here’s all you have to do:

Step 1: Investigate the Monument in the Tower courtyard

  • Investigate the monument in the Tower.

Step 2: Access the Tenet of Bravery

  • Access the Tenet of Bravery

Step 3: Purchase any item from the Tenet of Bravery

  • Item purchased

Step 4: Speak with Ikora in the Tower Bazaar

  • Speak with Ikora

As you can see, ‘The Tenets’ quest, just like many other seasonal events in Destiny 2, serves to guide you through this event. And while short, we recommend everyone to do it, as there is also a great conversation with Ikora, which many Guardians will appreciate, especially with the game riding off into the sunset.

After completing the quest, also remember that you can head into all the Tenets to open their store. Each Tenet has specific items for sale, which you can purchase with the event’s currency. Some of these items include Marathon armor for your class, shaders, several engrams, vehicles, ships, and many more things.

To obtain the currency for these items, you need to complete Triumphs from the Monument and Legendary Orders, which you can track through any of the Tenet statues in the Tower. Plus, even if you don’t want all the rewards, this event is a great way to revisit some of the most iconic moments, characters, and places from the game, so it is worth doing as we’re hanging our Guardian cloaks, at least for the time being.
