Landing World Slash will get you hyped quicker than hearing “Kaikai Kitan” in JJK‘s opening. Unfortunately, it’s not easy to do. Since World Slash is Sukuna‘s move, you’ll need to be playing as him to use it. The next step is to Awaken by pressing G when your “King of Curses” bar is full. Here’s what you need to do next:
- Press 1 + 3 + 2 + R (in sequence, not simultaneously)
- To time it right, press 3 when your character flashes white
- When you press 3, your character will stop moving and phrases will appear over his head
- When Sukuna finishes his chant, he’ll launch a powerful slash attack

In practice, you won’t be able to just toss World Slash in mid-combo. Instead, you need to pick advantageous movements to launch it. The best time to use World Slash is when your opponent’s too busy fighting one of your friends to dodge. Stunning or rag-dolling enemies will also leave them vulnerable to this move, although you’ll have a much smaller window to pull it off. Do so and they might call you the King of Blessings instead.
