The Secret Potato Quests can have you running all around Disney Dreamlight Valley, and sometimes you won’t have a clue as to what you’re looking for or where to get it. Well, once you find yourself on the Green Potato questline, you’ll need to clear some space in your inventory. That’s because you must find more than a dozen Emerald Bottles to get Emerald Silver, the next item needed in the Dreamlight Valley Green Potato Quest.

Unlike some other items you can find in Dreamlight Valley, Emerald Bottles are not just lying around on the ground. Instead, you’ll have to head toward the waters to locate them. There are 16 Emerald Bottles, and to save you the hassle, the list below highlights what biomes to check and how many Bottles will be there:

  • Peaceful Meadow (x2)
  • Dazzle Beach (x5)
  • Forest of Valor (x1)
  • Glade of Trust (x4)
  • Sunlit Plateau (x2)
  • Frosted Heights (x1)
  • Forgotten Lands (x1)

You can always refer to the map above. I’ve highlighted the areas that you want to check for the Dreamlight Valley Emerald Bottles. Whip out your Fishing Pole and cast out. You won’t know you’re at the right spot until the line hits the water and golden ripples appear around the lure.

An important note to keep in mind: the Emerald Bottles do not stack. So, each of them needs a place in your inventory.

Using the Emerald Bottles

Once you’ve collected all 16 Emerald Bottles in Dreamlight Valley, you’ll learn their only purpose is to get Emerald Silver. On one hand, this next part is the easiest. On the other hand, it’s also the longest. You want to go to each Emerald Bottle in your inventory and select “Use.” When you do that, it will turn into Emerald Silver.

Again, since they do not stack, you must do this to all 16 Bottles. There’s a brief animation each time you do so. Easy, yet tedious. But it’s all worth it as it allows you to continue with the Green Potato questline.
