You can get the Ancient Blades in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom by scanning Archer Link amiibo or buying them from the NPC at the Spirit Temple. These are the best two methods you can use to farm them.

  1. Scan Archer Link amiibo: The Archer Link amiibo is a bit old and was released along with Zelda: BOTW in 2017. However, you can find it in stores or online and get a random number of Ancient Blades when you scan them. But remember, it is not a guaranteed method, and you might need to check the amiibo multiple time to get what you need.
  2. Buy from NPC: The previous method is not reliable, so you can try to buy Ancient Blades in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom from the NPC at the Spirit Temple. Once you complete the first four temples in the game, the fifth temple will be the  Spirit Temple. Here, you can buy them from the NPC for 50 Zonaite. Farming for them makes it very easy, and you can do it infinitely until you have enough Zonaite. However, this method is also expensive, so use it wisely. On the other hand, you will get to the Spirit Temple at the last stage of the game’s main storyline. In addition, remember to defeat the Spirit Temple Boss Seized Constructor before reaching out to the small area where NPCs reside.
  3. Loot from Chest: Ancient Blades in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom are randomly found in the game from chests. However, it is not guaranteed, and you must search for them.

One Ancient Blade has 50 Fuse power which is well enough to defeat the bosses in the game. However, using it on your arrowhead would be best since it is an ancient dagger-like blade. Because of its Fuse Power, getting your hand on a good amount of Ancient Blades will significantly help the challenging boss fights in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. So, make sure you use these blades wisely.
