The Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree DLC adds more than a dozen new Talismans that Tarnished travelers can obtain. Before even entering the city of Belurat, players can obtain four of these equippables. Besides getting the Blade of Mercy Talisman from a nearby settlement, you can also find the powerful Blessed Blue Dew Talisman in Elden Ring. Unfortunately, many players may miss this overpowered item entirely since its location is rather hidden, and you must scale quite a lofty plateau.
You can obtain the Blessed Blue Dew Talisman at the Church of Benediction. This building can be found on top of the tall plateau on the southeast side of Belarut city. You can reach this area by climbing the cliff face on the northwest side of the plateau.
How To Reach the Church of Benediction
First, teleport to the Main Gate Cross Site of Grace, and then turn southeast. If you look at the map, there is a small path that indicates a hidden road you can take. You must climb up the rocky path to reach the plateau.
Be careful when exploring this area; some dog and bat monsters will attack you. Just keep heading up until you unlock the Cliffroad Terminus Site of Grace. Afterward, you can ride Torrent and head south.
You can see the ruin of Prospect Town to your right, but that’s not where the Blessed Blue Dew Talisman is located. Keep riding until you enter a forest. This location is filled with Lightning Rams; you may want to explore this area a bit since you can get a cookbook from a corpse.
Once you exit the forest, you need to turn slightly to your right and take the path down. If you head up the cliff, you can find an Artist’s Shack containing a painting. Several rat monsters will block your path, but you can run away from them by riding Torrent.
Right before you reach the Church of Benediction, you will encounter an elite mob. You may have already fought this monster when you tried to grab the first Map Fragment in the Realm of Shadow. This enemy will chase you to the church, so you’ll need to kill it first.
When the area is safe, you can head inside to find the Blessed Blue Dew Talisman before a headless Marika statue. This item can slowly restore your FP, which is very useful for players who use a lot of spells.
