While Pokemon Scarlet and Violet offer players plenty of Pokemon to catch on the main island of the Paldea region, The Teal Mask DLC will further expand the variety in your Pokédex. After all, by visiting the new Kitakami region, you can meet many new and familiar Pokemon. Although the main player focus is on new Pokemon like Okidoki, you can also catch veterans of the first generation of Pokemon like Bellsprout. This Pokemon doesn’t have much value as a fighter, but if you want to get and evolve Bellsprout in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet The Teal Mask, we are here to help you.

To find and catch Bellsprout in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet The Teal Mask DLC, you should go to the Kitakami region and search the southern areas of this location. First, we recommend visiting the small Apple Hills area southwest of Mossui Town to find several Bellsprouts. However, walking east and west of this location can also bring success.

Small yellow-headed Bellsprouts are no threat as they are relatively weak. After all, you can even catch them on the first try using Quick Ball. If you don’t want to waste rare Pokeballs, you will have to fight this Pokemon. As a Grass and Poison-type Pokémon, Bellsprout is weak against Fire, Ice, Flying, and Psychic-type attacks.

On the other hand, the fight can protract if you use a pocket monster with Water, Electric, Fighting, Fairy, or Grass-type attacks since Bellsprout is resistant to these types. However, the attack type almost doesn’t matter if your Pokemon is high level.

As we said earlier, Bellsprout is a pretty weak Pokemon, but you can evolve it to make it stronger. Once your Bellsprout reaches level 21 in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, it can evolve into Weepinbell. After that, you must visit any Delibird Presents store and buy Leaf Stone for 3,000 Pokedollars. But keep in mind that there is no such store in the Kitakami area. So, you must return to the Paldea region and visit larger cities like Levincia or Mesagoza. Finally, use Leaf Stone on your Weepinbell, after which it will evolve into its final form – Victreebel.
