The latest Zelda title can be overwhelming in certain areas. When exploring, it is normal to see a new area on the map, head toward it, and get distracted. Even in combat, while not the hardest in the series, it can be overwhelming, even after defeating an enemy. You might’ve noticed that every foe in the game drops some specific items you later use for fusing or cooking. Today, we’ll focus on one you can get in the coldest regions of Hyrule. Here we’ll tell you how to get and use Ice Breath Lizalfos Tails in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.

As the name suggests, finding this item will have you travel to the icy regions of Hyrule. Specifically, the best place to get Ice Breath Lizalfos Tails in Tears of the Kingdom is around Hebra Mountains. You’ll notice a variety of Hot Springs on the map; around these places, there are several Lizalfos camps that you can invade to farm this material. The easiest way to get this material is by fast-traveling to Eutoum Shrine and heading to the Hot Springs next to the Shrine. You’ll find a few Lizalfos there who are always ready to pick a fight.

You can use Ice Breath Lizalfos Tails in two ways. The first and most fun one is fusing it with weapons. Lizalfos Tails in the game work as a whip, so if you fuse it with a spear, you’ll get an even longer weapon with a whip included. It also works on swords, but fusing it with a spear is much better. Yet, if you prefer cooking these tails, you can create a variety of elixirs. If you have the right ingredient, like lizards or butterflies, you can use Ice Breath Lizalfos Tails to make your elixirs.

And that’s all we have on how to get and use Ice Breath Lizalfos Tails in Tears of the Kingdom. If you want to farm this material, we recommend you get some warm clothing and a few spears before you engage the enemy. They are quite slippery and dodge a lot, so stock up on arrows or spears if you want to fight them.
