Starfield is a large game with lots of items to buy. While supplies are easy to pick up, you are mostly spending money on powerful weapons, ships, and even a house. These are not cheap purchases, and you are often saving for days just to afford them. If there was a way to easily earn money, you would do it in a heartbeat. Fortunately for you, there is an easy way to earn money that takes advantage of the game’s systems. Actually, there are two different methods! All you have to do is take advantage of either to effectively print money and do what you like. Here’s how to do the Starfield credits glitch so that you can get infinite money.

Just like past Bethesda games, you can use console commands to give yourself whatever you like. Open up the console command menu with the ~ key, also known as the tilde key. The menu will appear at the bottom of your screen.

Type the command “player.additem 0000000f [#]” without quotes, where “#” is whatever number of credits you want. When you press Enter, you should get the credits in your wallet immediately. If not, check to see that you input the correct command and that your number wasn’t outrageous. Testing with modest amounts helps you see if the command works. If done correctly, you have an infinite money glitch that gives you as much money as you want.

Using any console command may open up a warning that mentions achievements will be locked if you proceed. If you are doing your best to hunt for achievements, leave the console commands alone. You can also make a backup save and just have fun with console commands. While using this money glitch guide for Starfield can make you rich, it can also break your game. Make sure you understand the risks before you use it.

Console commands aren’t the same as mods, though they have similar effects. You can manipulate any parameter you like to create whatever you want. But there is a risk of crashing your game or breaking something by accident. If you are going to use this infinite money cheat for Starfield, always make a backup save to start over. Reinstall the game if things aren’t responding as they should. Great power comes with great responsibility, and infinite money is no exception.

Infinite Money Exploit (Vendor Method)

The second method to earn money is actually an in-game loophole, and it avoids any potential crashing issues mentioned above. This was recently discovered by YouTuber vNivara, who unveiled a clever strategy to eliminating financial concerns by pilfering credits and stock from hidden vendor supply caches. To successfully pull this off, you’ll need to employ some inventive traversal techniques, which necessitate two essential components from the get-go. Firstly, acquire a Power Boost Pack, enabling you to briefly soar through the skies. Additionally, ensure your Boost Pack Training skill is at Rank 2 to minimize your boost pack’s fuel consumption. Check out the video below.

That wraps up how to do the Starfield money glitch(es). For more useful content on the game, keep it locked to The Nerd Stash.
