When you level up in Palworld, eventually, you will need to craft more advanced tools and equipment, which are very useful in the game. Leather is one of the essential materials you will need to craft many items, such as armor and saddles. However, Leather is not a material you can produce in your base. Therefore, you must farm it from the wild. However, getting Leather is not very difficult in the Palworld.
Leather Farming Guide in Palworld
You can get Leather by defeating or capturing pals like Foxparks, Rushoars, and Fuddler. Many other pals drop Leather once defeated. However, Foxparks and Rushoars are the easiest pals to defeat and get Leather, and they can be found in almost every corner of the map.
Where to find Leather
If you want to gather some leather and find animals who drop Leather, check the Paldeck in the main menu. Click on each pal, and the materials they drop are shown at the Bottom right corner of the stats.
Then, go to the Habitat tab to find their locations. This way, you can identify pals that drop Leather near your current location.

Tips to Gather Leather Fast in Palworld
Below are some tips I have used to gather Leather and other materials fast in Palworld.
1. Use Advanced Weapons
I strongly suggest you get your hand on more advanced weapons as soon as possible since it will significantly help your hunting.
Keep Pals With High Attack Power in Your Team
Another thing you can do to get a good amount of Leather in Palworld as quickly as possible is to have a good pal with high attack power. I could capture an Eikthydeer at the game’s early levels, which was very useful in defeating low-level pals. I had only to attack the targeted pal once, and Eikthydeer did the rest
