Where To Get Lynel Hoof in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
Based on the name of the material, it is not difficult to guess that you must defeat the Lynel mini-boss to get Lynel Hoof in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. These mighty furry-maned creatures are found throughout the Hyrule Surface and Depths.
However, most materials drop only from certain Lynels. For example, you can only get Lynel Saber Horns from the ordinary Red-Maned Lynel or Lynel Guts from the White-Maned Lynel. But as for Lynel Hoof, it is guaranteed to drop when killing any of the following Lynels:
- Red Maned Lynel
- Blue Maned Lynel
- White Maned Lynel
- Silver Lynel
As we said, Lynel is a relatively common enemy, and you will encounter one of them shortly after the beginning of the adventure. Visit West Hyrule Plains, and you will soon spot a Red-Maned Lynel (the weakest variant of this enemy.) To defeat this enemy, you only need to skillfully perform backflips when the enemy attacks and use combo attacks to deal lethal damage.

- First, take a photo of this material to add to your Compendium.
- You can also use Lynel Hoof in any potion recipe with Any Monster Part ingredient. However, the potion will not receive any additional effects.
- Fusing any weapon with a Lynel Hoof will increase its attack by 10.
- Finally, Lynel Hoof is one of the key ingredients for upgrading the Soldier’s Armor set. So perhaps this is the main reason to keep some of this material in your inventory.
