Outrage TM 156 in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
This article is over 3 years old and may contain outdated information.

Outrage is a Physical Dragon-type Move in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet that causes the caster to attack with 120 Power and 100 Accuracy for 2-3 turns, after which the user is inflicted with Confusion. Moreover, this Move cannot be used at a specific target, as the opponent struck by this attack is randomized. While the RNG element and after-effects are less than ideal in an extended battle, it can be useful to quickly end a fight with a single weak opponent. Several Dragon-type pocket monsters, like Hydreigon and Haxorus, can learn Outrage by leveling up, but many other Pokémon can only learn this Move with its TM in Scarlet and Violet.

Trainer Locations for Unlocking the Outrage TM 156 in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Acquiring the Outrage TM in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet requires the completion of a side quest that can be performed in Area Two of the North Province. More specifically, if you visit the Pokécenter of this area, you will encounter Pokémon League Rep, who will reward those who defeat five Trainers in North Province (Area Two) with the Outrage TM.
