In Zelda’s Tears of the Kingdom, the Stalnox Horn is one of the best Fuse Items you can use. This item can be obtained from scary and huge-looking Stalnoxes. It is an extremely valuable item, especially in the early game. Since TotK is a new game, they may not have all been discovered yet, but there are currently 20 Stalnoxes discovered in the game. 10 in Surface and 10 in Depth. In this guide, we will talk about how to kill a Stalnox and how to get Stalnox Horns.

You can find Stalnoxes in almost every region of Hyrule. There are a total of 10 Stalnoxes in Hyrule. When you go down to Depths, you can find 10 Stalnoxes there too. Killing these Stalnoxes will reward you with a Stalnox Horn and a Hinox Tooth.

You can attach Stalnox Horns to your weapon with your Fuse skill. When you do so, your weapon gains +29 Fuse Damage. To use your Fuse ability in TotK, you must first complete the In-Isa Shrine. To activate your Fuse ability press the “L” key and select the Stalnox Horn on the ground. At the bottom of the screen, you will see the weapons you can combine.

How To Kill a Stalnox

Contrary to their appearance, Stalnoxes are mini-bosses that you can kill with relatively simple and straightforward strategies. When you first arrive in Stalnoxes, these monsters will be sleeping, covered in stones. You should have a hammer with you to break these stones in TotK. You can combine Rock with a simple weapon or a Stick with your Fuse Ability to get a Rock Hammer.

Then Stalnox will stand up when you break the stones, and the first thing you will notice in this mini-boss is his eye. You should hit his eye, which is screaming “I am a weak point”, with as many arrows as possible.

After hitting enough damage his eyeball will fall to the ground. If you manage to destroy the Stalnox eye before it picks it up again, you will have defeated the Stalnox. But this can often be difficult to do because he takes its eye quickly. Therefore, you may need to repeat this process several times if your damage is not too high. After you defeat Stalnox you can Fuse your weapon with Stalnox Horn.
