The R4D Detector in DMZ Warzone 2 is a new tool that helps you uncover the secrets of the Koschei Complex. This little screen can be found only in the Koschei Complex. And you can access it only when playing the Al-Mazrah map in Warzone 2 DMZ Season 3 Reloaded. The R4D Detector has a unique use for finding the Heated Madness free blueprint pieces, and here’s how you can find it!

Where to Find A R4D Detector in DMZ

An R4D Detector in Warzone 2 DMZ is a kind of thermal vision tactical tool. You can use it to detect enemies, but it is also used for finding items in dark places. You can find this tactical literally anywhere in the Koschei Complex as ground loot. Now, while this item is for finding items, most players might be looking for it to unlock the server room’s puzzle. There are chalkboards in this area that can only be read with this tool.

Remember that the R4D Detector in DMZ is a different tool than the Night Vision Goggles. You can see the enemies and use your weapon’s laser as canted with night vision. But the R4D Detector shows you the items by glowing them. Now to use this tactical, all you need to do is to hold the L1 or LB on your PlayStation or Xbox controller. For PC players, you need to hold the button that you have aligned for using tactical grenades and equipment.

Call of Duty: Warzone 2 DMZ mode offers various new ways to explore the game and get rewarded for completing missions. However, you may find free prizes in DMZ that are not a part of any missions. For example, there’s a new weapon blueprint in the game called the Heated Madness that can only be acquired by playing the DMZ mode. But in order to assemble this blueprint, you’re going to need an R4D Detector!
