It is in the northeastern portion of the Akkala region in Robbie’s tech lab. You will face Yiga Ninja members once you reach there. Be careful of their sly teleport tricks and speed.
How to Get Yiga Mask
You can find the Yiga Mask at the Yiga Camp at the Great Plateau. You will unlock this area while completing A Call From the Depths quest. After reaching the Great Plateau, head to its southeastern part. You will notice a tribal camp with spokes surrounding it. You can make a temporary bridge using the broken logs there. However, if you are coming from the top side of the hill, you can glide onto the campsite. Again, be careful of the Yiga Ninja members guarding the place.
How to Get Yiga Tights
The Yiga Tights are at the Yiga Clan Maritta Branch. Start traveling towards the southwestern side of the Great Hyrule Forest. You will notice a cave that houses the Yiga Tights. The area is under the protection of the Yiga blademaster and another clan member. To claim the Yiga Tights in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you need to fight the members.

The components of Yiga Armor set grant bonuses to your stealth. This makes it easier to go undetected by the enemies in the heat of a quest and makes stealth attacks a lot simpler.
