Wondering how to get Zonai Charges in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom? Then, you are in the right place. In this article, we will go over how to obtain the new and interesting material called the Zonai Charge. Zonai Charges, like many other materials and crafting resources, can be found quite easily within the Great Sky Island and have a very important purpose. Keep reading to learn how to get Zonai Charges in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

Where To Find Zonai Charges in Tears of the Kingdom

Zonai Charges can be found fairly easily and quickly. Zonai Charges drop from some of the very first enemies that you encounter within the game, Constructs. When you first leave the caves that the game opens into, where Princess Zelda is taken, you will find yourself in an entirely new area. This place is home to a type of enemy called Constructs. They are strange, mechanical-type enemies that come to life when they notice you and will attack on sight.

When it comes to defeating a Construct, you will always be able to collect Zonai Charges in addition to another enemy-specific item and maybe even a weapon. For instance, when the first Construct is taken down, a Zonai Charge and a Soldier Construct Horn will drop since that enemy is a Soldier Construct. Once you dive deeper into the game and experience more combat and Construct types, they will drop other items in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom along with the Zonai Charges.

In order to take down a Construct, be sure to have extra weapons on hand, as it takes two Tree Branches to wipe one of the lowest-level Soldier Constructs from existence. Luckily for us, tree branches can be found virtually everywhere since your starting location is heavily wooded. Once you approach a Construct with weapons in tow, use the ZL button in order to lock onto your target, and use the Y button to attack it. Once you’ve taken the Construct’s health down to nothing, you will be able to collect your Zonai Charges along with any additional items or weapons.

This is everything you need to know about how to get Zonai Charges in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Make sure to come back and visit for more interesting and useful guides!

Jordan is an experienced fantasy writer who spends hours behind her laptop, and lost in the pages of a book. She strives to be a successful gaming blogger, and has no complaint about the hours of game time she used to increase her knowledge of all things “geek”. She primarily writes gaming articles and fantasy novels. Ark: Survival Evolved is a favorite, along with Diablo 3, Warframe and Minecraft lately, though you can’t forget the good old Magic the Gathering card game! Writing about games truly gives her joy as it gives her another perspective to look at games from, a reason to really look into the mechanics of the game.
