In your magic Valley, there are many different activities that you can do in your free time in between all the quests and friend requests. Cooking is one of the most fun and rewarding activities, as you can cook many dishes with different difficulties and rarities. On top of this, each dish can restore your energy from working so hard; if you give it to your neighbors, they will increase their Friendship levels, or if you sell it in one of Gooy’s Stalls, you can get some Coins. Moreover, with each update, Disney Dreamlight Valley adds new recipes you should know how to make, like the Dream Fizz. Some other recipes have a Disney movie theme, which is like trying to make the food from Disneyland.

[August 23 Update – Added additional detail]

Dream Fizz is a 4-star drink in Disney Dreamlight Valley, and drinking it will restore 1,550 energy, which is an excellent amount to continue working. Or you can sell it for 316 Coins, not a bat deal. However, its recipe requires combining these four specific ingredients:

  • Slush Ice
    • This ingredient can be purchased at Remy’s Restaurant for 150 Coins. This item will be available after completing The Unknown Flavor quest with Remy at his Friendship Level 10.
  • Sugarcane
    • You can grow this ingredient on your farm after buying the seeds from Goofy’s Stall in Dazzle Beach for 29 Coins. The seed takes 7 minutes to fully grow.
  • Wheat
    • You can buy the seeds in Goofy’s Stall in Peaceful Meadow for 3 Coins. They take only a minute to grow fully.
  • Dreamlight Fruit
    • You can get this fruit only after completing The Seed of Memories quest with Simba at his Friendship Level 7, only if you already have him in your valley. After the quest, Dreamlight Fruit will grow on Dreamlight Trees in Sunlit Plateau, Glade of Trust, Frosted Heights, and Forgotten Lands.

After you collect all the necessary ingredients, you must go to your kitchen or the one in Chez Remy. Then, mix all the ingredients in the pot. That’s all you need to know to make one of the colorful and delicious drinks. As you can see, making the Dream Fizz is a simple task in Disney Dreamlight Valley. What is really difficult is improving the Friendship levels of all the characters involved and completing their quests. So remember to give each favorite gift to one of your valley neighbors whenever possible.
