Hogwarts Legacy: How to Pick Locks
In order to pick locks, you must unlock the Alohamora Spell. This spell is unlocked by completing the Caretaker’s Lunar Lament quest. This quest is given by Gladwin Moon and opens up a whole bunch of opportunities for you. Literally.
- First, you’ll need to speak with Gladwin Moon near the moving staircase
- He will then ask you to observe the Demiguise statue and take note of how it changes
- Head over to the statue and take the Demiguise Moon
- Follow Gladden Moon, who takes you to a locked door before asking you to take care of two more Demiguise Statues
- Now, you will have to complete the Lock Pick Minigame
- Rotate the gears until there is a reaction within the lock, then hold the gears in place, allowing the door to unlock
- Learn the Alohamora Spell from Gladwin Moon
- Cast your Disillusionment Spell after you unlock the door and head inside
- Head up the stairs to the bathroom and unlock the door to find the second Demiguise Statue inside
- Go back to the first room you entered into and go up the staircase to find the Hospital Wing
- Head inside and avoid anyone in there while you make your way to the back of the room where the last Demiguise Statue is
- Head back out to where Gladwin Moon is and return the Demiguise Moons to him to complete the quest
