A knight from the Kingdom of Firene, Etie is a playable unit in Fire Emblem Engage whose Starting Class is the Archer, a foot soldier that wields a Bow capable of dealing ranged damage to opponents from a safe distance. While Etie is not the most effective combatant compared to other units, players are encouraged to utilize her when fighting against mounted aerial enemies, as they are weak to Bow attacks. Nevertheless, if some players discover Etie is one of their favorite characters, then knowing the best Class choices for her is essential for achieving a swift victory in battle.

Before players should consider Etie’s best Class in Fire Emblem Engage, they must first understand how they can recruit her to their roster. During Chapter 3: Hostilities, players must rout their foes within the Ring Vault. Once the battle has been won, Alfred, Boucheron, and Etie will permanently join the players’ army.

Based on research by Fire Emblem Engage players at Game8, the Advanced Classes Bow Knight and Sniper are the best choices for Etie. Requiring Sword Proficiency of C and Bow Proficiency of A, the Bow Knight is a Cavalry-type combatant that offers high versatility on the battlefield, thanks to the Class’s ability to use both Bow and Sword. On the other hand, Sniper is much more similar to Etie’s Starting Archer Class, as it is a Covert type that focuses on attacking the weak point of enemy targets by using precision strikes with a Bow. Both of these Advanced Classes require a Master Seal, which can be obtained at the Item Shop in Somniel for 2,500 Gold each.

Understanding the best Classes for Etie is not the only important element when considering improving her capabilities in battle. It is important for players also to know Etie’s favorite gifts in Fire Emblem Engage, including the items that should not be given to her. Thanks to findings by sources at Gamer Guides, here is an index that will reveal the best gifts for Etie:
