In this guide, we’ll look closer at how to sleep in a cabin in Sons of the Forest so you can have a night’s uninterrupted rest.

Sons of the Forest is a survival horror game on a remote island filled with deadly mutants and mysterious supernatural forces. With danger lurking around every corner, players must navigate this hostile environment and find a way to survive. Whether it’s constructing sturdy shelters, crafting weapons, or gathering resources, there are several ways to increase your chances of staying alive. But even with these tools, one wrong move could spell doom.

Building a flimsy tarp tent won’t cut it against the flesh-hungry mutants lurking around the remote island. So instead, you’ll need to construct a sturdier shelter to keep you safe and well-rested.

Luckily, the survival guidebook is here to help. It provides players with the blueprint and necessary materials to build and sleep in a cabin in Sons of the Forest. And don’t worry about the construction logistics — Kelvin’s got your back when collecting the 75 logs needed for the cabin.

Once the cabin is up, don’t forget to craft a gate for added security. And if you’re wondering if you can sleep comfortably in a cabin at Sons of the Forest, the answer is yes. Crafting a bed in Sons of the Forest is crucial for survival since it provides a safe haven to sleep and restores your health. Follow these five steps to craft a bed in the game:

  1. Gather materials: Collect 16 sticks and 1 duct tape. You can find sticks scattered throughout the island or cut from trees using a crafted axe. Duct tape can be found in various locations or looted from enemies.
  2. Open the survival guide: Press the “B” key to open the survival guide.
  3. Navigate to “Shelters”: Navigate the “Shelters” tab with the arrow keys. In this section, you’ll find a way to sleep in a Sons of the Forest cabin.
  4. Select “Basic” shelter: Use the arrow keys to select the “Basic” shelter. Select the “Bed” option: Use the arrow keys to select the “Bed” option and press the left mouse button to place the blueprint on the ground.
  5. Add the required materials by pressing the “E” key and complete the construction by pressing “E” again.

Sons of the Forest is available on Steam.
