Some Jedi are a bit more flexible like Cal Kestis. In Jedi Survivor, you get access to a total of five stances with Dual Wield Stance being one of them. Just like with the other stances in Jedi: Survivor, you need to progress through the story far enough to unlock the Dual Wield Stance. Luckily, you don’t need to progress very far as the stance is given to you on Coruscant. After progressing through the level far enough, you will have a run-in with the Ninth Sister. You may remember her from Jedi: Fallen Order as she was one of the many side characters. When you are nearly done with the Coruscant level, the Ninth Sister will crash the senator’s ship, blocking your path. She will then challenge you to a fight. This is the first boss fight in the game.

The Ninth Sister boss fight has multiple stages. For those who aren’t experienced with action games such as this, you may need to brush up on some tips and tricks for combat as the Ninth Sister is no joke. During the fight, you will get a cutscene where Cal and the Ninth Sister are locking blades. At this time, Cal will split his lightsaber and you will unlock the Dual Wield Stance. This stance will replace the Double-Bladed Stance but can be switched back at a workbench or Meditation Point.

After you have unlocked the Duel Wield Stance, you will be able to start changing out your stances for different situations. To do this, you need to make your way to a Meditation Point or a workbench. In the menu at either location, you will see the option for stances. Select this option and you will be able to switch out your stances for whichever ones you feel like.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is available on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S.
