Some eggs you can’t buy by the dozen. The Lock Egg is one of the most elusive items in Sol’s RNG, and to get it you’ll need to unlock the altar first. Doing so requires a perilous cave adventure, an ultra-rare aura, and even some magic Roblox words. No, “Open Sesame” won’t help. Getting your hands on the Lock Egg is even trickier than snaring a Huge Pet in Pet Simulator 99, but you can do it. You just need to bring a magic touch (and good luck) to the altar. Here’s how to unlock the altar in Roblox Sol’s RNG.
Sol’s RNG Altar Quest and Lock Egg Guide
If anything can make you relate to Goku’s quest for the Dragon Balls, it’s the altar quest in Sol’s RNG. Although you can find the altar in the island cave, you shouldn’t go there right away. At least, not unless you already have a certain rare aura in your possession. To unlock the altar in Sol’s RNG, you need the Unbounded Aura. Unfortunately, it has a drop rate of 1/2,000,000. To get it easier, you’ll want to chug every Luck Potion you have, otherwise that altar might crumble to dust before you get the power you need. Once you get Unbounded, here’s what you need to do:
- Equip Unbounded
- Enter the cave and travel through it until you reach the altar
- Open chat and type in the words on the wall around the altar (“absolute,” “powerful,” “repression,” “eternal,” and “powerful”)
Keep in mind that the cave is dark, and the words on the wall may be difficult to see depending on your settings. If you’ve entered the words and managed to unlock the altar in Sol’s RNG, the Quest Log will reflect your progress in the Liberator quest. Leave the cave and speak with Lime (the nearby NPC) to trigger a cutscene and receive the Lock Egg. It’s a bit cruel to require an aura with such a low drop chance to complete this quest, but the game has RNG in its name for a reason.
