The new chapter of Fortnite is finally here, and players are already busy getting familiar with the new map, the new items, and the mechanisms. The new chapter also means that we will get a series of new quests, events, and of course, some crossovers. If you have already watched the launch trailer for Fortnite Chapter 4, you have seen the main character of My Hero Academia, Deku, in it. If you are wondering whether Deku from My Hero Academia is in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 or not, you’ve come to the right place.
Is Deku from My Hero Academia in Fortnite Chapter 4?
My Hero Academia is one of the most popular anime among anime fans. In the past couple of years, thanks to the animes like Attack on Titan and Fullmetal Alchemist, anime has gained even more popularity among western audiences.
In the past chapter, Fortnite players had one of the biggest crossovers of the game with Dragon Ball, and they not only got Goku’s skin but also his legendary Kamehameha move as well. And it seems it wouldn’t be the last crossover with an anime as well.
In the launch trailer of Fortnite Chapter 4, players noticed three figures that were new to the game, and Fortnite‘s official Twitter account confirmed that they are the three major crossovers we will be seeing in the future.
These figures were Deku from My Hero Academia, the famous YouTuber, MrBeast, and NBA star Giannis Antetokounmpo. In the trailer, we also see Deku performing his famous move, which is Delaware Smash Air Force. Since we already got Kamehameha, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Delaware Smash as well.
Appearing of Giannis Antetokounmpo and MrBeast isn’t something new either. We have seen previously that Epic Games bring the skins of other famous streamers or YouTubers like Ninja and AliA, and also NBA stars like LeBron James and Naomi Osaka.

But none of these figures and their skins are available at the moment, and they will be added to the game once their event starts in the game. Since there isn’t any event going on right now, it shouldn’t take much time for the events to start.
Fortnite is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
