Players strapped for cash in Jagged Alliance 3 want to know if they can sell their weapons and other items. Jagged Alliance 3 is a tactical RPG where you control an army of mercenaries for the fictional country of Grand Chien. You need money to hire more mercenaries for your army and buy supplies, weapons, and ammunition. You gain a variety of resources and items throughout your playtime in Jagged Alliance 3, but can you sell any of the materials you collected? Moreover, can you also sell the weapons you collect?

Can You Sell Your Weapons and Items in Jagged Alliance 3?

You can only sell two types of items in Jagged Alliance 3 – Valuables and Parts. You can’t sell your weapons directly, but you can Scrap them to turn them into Parts, which you can then sell. Valuables are precise materials like Diamonds and Relics that you can sell for a large sum. Valuables can be found across different missions in the game. These types of items can be found in treasures.

Parts are reusable materials and resources that players can use for various means. You can use Parts to modify weapons, craft ammo, and explosives, and repair damaged items. You can Junk or Scrap many items in the game to turn them into parts.

Selling Items in Jagged Alliance 3

You can sell your Valuables and Parts very easily in Jagged Alliance 3. You don’t need to find a vendor or shop to sell your items. Simply go to your Inventory, right-click on the Valuables or Parts you want to sell, and pick the Cash in option.

While you should always sell any Valuables you collect on your missions, it isn’t worth selling Parts. Your resources are limited and can be spread thin if you lack supplies. It’s worth keeping your Parts to modify your weapons and craft more tools to help you. It’s also not worth scrapping your weaponry to create more Parts. You will need as many weapons as you can hold onto, especially as your army grows. You must arm all your mercenaries with as many weapons as possible in your arsenal.

Your best option to get more money is getting ahold of Diamond Mines. Plenty of Diamond Mines exist throughout Grand Chien. If you liberate Diamond Mines from the Legion army, you will gain a fraction of the income from the mines.

The base profit would be $3,000 per mine per day. If you liberate the nearby villages or complete side missions for the residents, citizens’ loyalty will increase. High loyalty will boost the amount of money earned from the Diamond Mines.
