Jennifer Aniston is reportedly still in mourning following Matthew Perry’s death. The actress was forced to say goodbye to her former Friends co-star after he was found dead at his Los Angeles home in October 2023. The death came as a shock to Perry’s friends, family, and fans. Sadly, Aniston is now worried about another close friend, Bruce Willis. The famed action star is said to be in declining health, and it’s weighing heavy on The Morning Show actress.

Jennifer Aniston and Bruce Willis have been friends for many years. The two even played romantic interests together on Friends. Willis went on to win an Emmy for his guest-starring role on the hit show. In addition, Willis was also very close to Matthew Perry during their careers.

“Jen has looked up to Bruce since the beginning of her career, and in a lot of ways, followed in his footsteps,” an insider tells Closer Weekly. “It was a big deal when Bruce came on Friends, and Bruce was a big part of Matthew Perry’s career later during the show because of their Whole Nine Yards franchise. Bruce was just part of their universe, and everybody on the cast loved him.”

In 2022, Willis’ family announced that he had been diagnosed with aphasia and had officially retired from acting. It was later revealed that the actor was dealing with dementia as well and was having trouble communicating.

Jennifer Aniston was reportedly very upset by the news of Willis’ health. Her close friendship with him and his ex-wife, Demi Moore, over the years kept them in the same social circles. Now, she’s added worry for him to the growing list of heartbreaks she’s recently suffered following the deaths of Matthew Perry and her father, John Aniston.
