After a few weeks without Jujutsu Kaisen, the studio behind this anime has released a trailer for its Shibuya Incident arc. If you didn’t know, Jujutsu Kaisen’s second season consists of two halves.. The first one began airing on July 6 and adapted the Hidden Inventory and Premature Death arcs. After a small break, the anime will return on August 31, and it’ll start airing 18 episodes over several weeks. The big thing about this is that the Shibuya Incident arc is one of the best, and it’ll change the fate of many characters in this beloved anime and manga series.
Jujutsu Kaisen’s Shibuya Incident Arc Trailer Shows New Opening Song
Besides the top-notch animation expected from MAPPA, the latest Jujutsu Kaisen Shibuya Incident arc trailer features the anime’s new opening song. This time, it’s turn for King Gnu, who performs “SPECIALZ.” We’ll, of course, get the full opening once the anime’s next episode premieres on August 31, but right now, we can say the song’s a banger.
Given the arc’s setting, it’s expected to get a new song that goes with it. While the previous arc focused on Gojo and Geto’s younger days and gave a fresh feel to the anime, we’re about to shift to a darker part of the series.
