In a video obtained by TMZ, Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber are seen heading toward their car after exiting a Los Angeles deli. Once they’re noticed, paparazzi immediately begin taking the couple’s photos. “Thank you, JB, bro,” one photographer could be heard telling Justin from a distance. While the comment seemed harmless, the pop star wasn’t having it.
Justin stopped in the middle of his tracks to ask why he was being thanked. “Because you’re the best, bro,” the paparazzo responds. Justin explained the comment was unneccesary since he didn’t willingly give anyone permission to take his photos. “That’s disrespectful when you thank me, because I’m not asking you to be here, you know what I mean?” Justin said.
The photographer defended his comment by saying he wasn’t thanking Justin for the photos but just for “everything” in general. Regardless, the singer said he didn’t like it. Instead of trying to engage in a conversation with him, Justin asked the paparazzi to just stick to doing their job and leave him alone. “Just take your pictures and let me do my thing, okay?” he said, before entering his vehicle.
Fans are split about what went down with Justin Bieber and the paparazzi. Some thought he had every right to state his boundaries. “I totally get Justin,” one fan said. “Leave Justin Bieber alone,” another person wrote. However, others refused to feel sorry for him, claiming “he signed up for this” and “wanted to be famous.”

The Justin Bieber paparazzi drama comes amid growing concerns for the singer’s well being. Fans have been worried about him for months. However, they became even more terrified for Justin after he seemed unlike himself during a Rhode Skin event on Feb. 18.
While attending the opening of his wife’s pop-up store in Los Angeles, Justin was caught on video talking with Refinery29 beauty director Sara Tan. A clip of their conversation went viral since fans thought Justin didn’t look well, claiming his “smile” gave it away. Since the star has previously been open about his mental health struggles, fans suspected he may not be doing okay again.
Rumor has it even Hailey is concerned. According to Page Six, the model is “doing her best” to help her husband behind the scenes, “but there’s only so much she can do.” Apparently, she doesn’t know how to “manage” his behavior anymore. The report is just the latest hint that the couple may be on the rocks.
Unfortunately, some fans suspect that Justin Bieber may eventually push Hailey away for good, leading them to divorce.
The pair have been married since 2018 and just welcomed their first child, Jack Blues, in August 2024.
