Lisa Hochstein’s ex and her next are duping it out online. Last week, Page Six reported that the Real Housewives of Miami star’s new boyfriend, Jody Glidden, was engaged to another woman up until weeks before meeting the reality star. Eager to set the record straight, Glidden commented on the post and shared his truth.
Jody Glidden Isn’t Denying He Was Engaged Before He and Lisa Hochstein Started Dating
In a comment on the Instagram post sharing the story, Glidden wrote,
“This article left out that Rabia and I broke up off and on all throughout the year and in early August made it final. I didn’t want to bring a baby into the world in such an unstable relationship because I have a little girl and I have an ex-wife and I remember what a great relationship felt like. Rabia and I never found that stability, unfortunately.”
Glidden went on to explain that he and Lisa:
“…met for the first time weeks after the breakup. We went on a first date about three weeks after my final breakup. And Lisa and I were not exclusive or serious until many months after that.”
Glidden asserted that he was taking good care of Rabia in his previous relationship. Recently, however, he says his ex threatened to “go to the media to mess with me.” The reason? Glidden claims she was looking for him to continue covering expenses for her.
“Lisa heard the whole thing and I called multiple friends at the time, including lawyers. They would be happy to corroborate this,” Glidden assured, slamming the fact that this news was coming out as “disappointing” for both himself, Lisa, and their respective kids.

Lenny Hochstein let the world know he wasn’t buying Glidden’s story. He even claimed to have receipts to prove Glidden to be a liar.
“I know when you started seeing Lisa because she told me about you. I also know that the recording device you planted in my car has many previous recordings on it,” Lenny wrote. “Get a lawyer. You’re going to need one.”
Lisa bemoaned that “litigious Lenny” was getting involved in the mess. Glidden added that he’s allegedly “paying for half of the place for Lisa and your children.”

Lisa Hochstein broke it down, explaining,
“You pay 17k Jody pays the rest for a 32k a month place, so we can live in the proximity according to the MSA [marital settlement agreement] comfortably with enough space, so I don’t feel alienated from my children you wanted to put me in something small.”
“Your life’s mission for whatever reason is trying to destroy me,” she added. “Move on.”
Lenny hadn’t had his say yet, denying Lisa’s breakdown of the funds. He went on to claim that Lisa, Glidden, and Glidden’s 14-year-old daughter, as well as Lisa and Lenny’s two kids, were living in a condo that he pays for.
Only time — and another season of Real Housewives of Miami — will tell how far this feud will continue.
