During the early morning aftermath of the raging Palisade Wildfires, an eerie and creepy-looking haze overtook the city of angels and turned it into something more sinister. California wildfires aren’t anything new, but the Pacific Palisades fires have set Hollywood itself ablaze, and everybody from A-list celebrities to prominent content creators has had to flee to keep themselves safe.
Even the Hollywood Elite Weren’t Safe From the Fire
The fires which began as a small backyard blaze that has grown into something far worse, is one of many wildfires California endures on a yearly cadence. However, it’s been quite a while since one has touched the Hollywood Hills and has caused such devastation to so many mansions and famous landmarks at the same time.
Celebrities ranging from Paris Hilton, James Woods, and content creators such as the FaZe clan have all lost mansions and belongings and were forced to flee outside the city to safe passage in the ensuing chaos. Videos have gone viral showcase haunting before and afters of some of LA’s most famous tourist traps. All of it has one thing in common that was captured in the early morning panoramic shot of the city itself, it looks like a literal hell on Earth.
The fires are still burning, with over 300,000 thousand without power, 17,000 acres burnt to a crisp, and an unknown number of casualties, and it hasn’t stopped yet. Per NBC News, the Sunset fire that threatened the most famous folks and cities’ most enduring landmarks has been contained for now. With wind gusts still blowing heavily, we will see how much worse it gets, but one thing is for sure: the views coming out of Los Angeles won’t be forgotten anytime soon.
