Kwame Appiah is 33 years old and was born in the small town of Tema, Ghana. He relocated to the United States at a young age and quickly focused on understanding English and its pronunciations. According to Kwame’s LinkedIn, his early mastery of the English language helped him “build a strong foundation on conveying my thoughts; therefore, my biggest strengths are public speaking and storytelling.”
Today, Kwame has several years of working experience in sales and marketing. However, his LinkedIn now lists his job as Head of Community Development at Common Room. He has held the position since August 2022, hinting his move to Seattle might not be unrelated to his burgeoning romance with Seattle-based Chelsea Griffin.
Before venturing into sales and marketing, Kwame was a professional soccer player who played in the MLS and other European leagues. His career was, however, cut short due to a terrible injury while playing in Sweden in 2019.
