Mamekichi Mameko NEET no Nichijo Season 2: A Chance to Stand Out
Satoshi Kuwabara (The Quintessential Quintuplets, Adachi and Shimamura, Girlfriend, Girlfriend) is directing the anime at Tezuka Production. Wataru Chihara designs the characters, and Makoto Nagao is credited as the sub-character designer. The manga has also inspired a live-action mini-series that debuted in 2021.
The manga itself seems to have a small but dedicated fanbase for both the manga and anime. At the time, it is also unknown what to expect from season 2 of Mamekichi Mameko NEET no Nichijo, but this would be a good chance for the anime to make a bigger name for itself in its release season. With it being a quirky slice of life with a just as quirky art style, it has the chance to really stand out. It also has the opportunity to give fans a break from all of the other seasons, showing the simple, daily life of a NEET.
