Despite the downward spiral, “desperate” Meghan Markle has a plan to play “royal savior” and “improve her reputation” by using none other than her cancer-stricken sister-in-law, Kate Middleton.
A source tells Closer that Meghan Markle is “desperate to come across as the bigger person and end this feud” between her household and the Royal Family. After all, “appearing like some sort of royal saviour could only do her image good,” continues the insider.
While the individual claims that the Duchess of Sussex’s “heart does go out to Kate,” you have to remember: This is the person who marketed her new jam and doggy biscuits on the commemorable day that Kate Middleton finally made her first public appearance since her cancer announcement in March. In other words, this so-called “royal savior” attempted to upstage The Princess of Wales’ big moment on her journey to recovery. While one could say that the timing is coincidental, Markle’s no fool — as an ex-royal, she knows when the Trooping the Colour event takes place yet still committed her “narcissistic” act.

“Of course, it’s not really up to her and Harry, all they can do is continue to reach out and offer olive branches. Meghan hopes her feelings are being communicated to Kate through their mutual friends. With the ‘future queen’s’ blessing, Markle would finally win the public’s heart and become the beloved American celebrity she’d dreamed of. Of course, this is still all in her imagination for now, yet she “has made it clear she’d love nothing more than to move past all the nonsense.”
