Contrary to popular belief, Trainor didn’t credit her new look to ozempic or other weight loss drugs. Instead, she said it all came down to science and learning about the best workouts for her body. “I learned a lot of tricks,” she said.
Trainor explained that she made a lifestyle change after discovering she had been working out “incorrectly for so long.” Before, she would try to lose weight by running and doing other forms of cardio. However, these methods offered no results. In fact, they only did more harm than good since her body would get “inflamed.”
After taking the time to learn more about fitness, Trainor was able to find a workout routine that’s right for her. Her deep dive into science has only made her more eager to find other ways of looking good. For example, right now, she’s trying to “biohack” her body to slow down the aging process. “Anything that’ll help me age backward, I’m into it,” she said, adding that she just discovered the significance of NADs, aka food supplement capsules. “I was like, ‘Make me Hailey Bieber, I’ll do it, I’ll take it.”
Trainor said she’s willing to try anything and loves it when her doctor gives her new tips.

While the singer insists her body transformation came naturally, fans aren’t so convinced. Many fans agreed, claiming Trainor looks completely unrecognizable now.
They even joked that she wasn’t “All About That Bass” anymore now that she’s slimmer. People began speculating about her weight after she made several public appearances looking slimmer.
