Once you successfully gain Louis’ attention after bringing Joanna to Port Brilehave, you will have limited access to his Skyrunner. Your goal is to steal the formula for the Prince’s curse and find a way to break it. Of course, this valuable document is located deep within this massive transportation. Since you cannot raise suspicions, you must find a way to Infiltrate Charadrius in Metaphor: ReFantazio. While this mission mostly consists of stealth sections, there will be some fights that are unavoidable.

After entering Charadrius in Metaphor: ReFantazio, you need to head to the Crew Quarters through the right hallway. You will need to get past the two guards. Your ally will tell you to speak with nearby soldiers, and you will get info that you have to ply them with alcohol. Strohl will perform his magic, and you will successfully enter the forbidden area.

While you are much stronger than these mobs, fighting them is not an option. This is the first stealth section that you must complete while infiltrating Charadrius. Since it’ll be suspicious if you go in as a group, the protagonist must clear the area by knocking out the guards from behind. Gallical will help you with her power, which gives you a bigger vision range.

There are three guards in this section. One is patrolling while the rest are standing still in their spots. To knock out the first one, you have to go under a box and knock out the man from behind. Then, you can use the ladder to reach the other area and knock out the remaining guards.

How To Beat Xanth

After you clear out guards in the Charadrius’ Crew Quarters, you need to corner Xanth and obtain his key card. Unlike regular fights, you have to defeat this high-ranking soldier in three turns. If you fail, he will alert the ship and send you to the game over screen.

Xanth is a pretty strong guy who uses melee attacks the most. The best way to take him down is by inflicting status ailments on him. I suggest bringing the Gunner Archetype since it can use the Poison shot skill. You can also try using Fire in an attempt to inflict Burn.

After beating Xanth in Charadrius, you will be faced with a dilemma. There are two ways to progress. You can either go through Starboard or Port Corridor. Each area will have its own mini-boss that you need to defeat. Both options are correct and it just depends on your preferences.

The Port Corridor has Glechom, while Ceiba guards the Starboard Corridor. Ceiba repels all physical attacks and resists all magic. To beat him, you must dispel his barrier using the Matterbreak Hammer item or the Heartbreak Strategem skill.

On the other hand, Glechom can inflict Daze on your party, but you can cure it using Patra or Sulphurous Salt. The best way to counter him is by using the Knight’s Proclamation skill to draw his attention to one ally.

During my playthrough, I decided to go into the Starboard Corridor and face Ceiba in Charadrius. This area is much bigger than the previous section, and there are many more guards on your path. Luckily, you will get your ally’s help. I suggest knocking out all guards on the upper floor before you head down and take care of the other enemies. Then, you need to meet with your friend to take out the rest of the guards.

How To Beat Cabio & Salva

After defeating the second mini-boss in Charadrius, you need to gain the final key card. Unfortunately, despite your best attempts, Guard Chief Salva is suspicious, and he will try to capture you with Cabio. They are not that strong, but you have to beat them within three turns.

Helmsman Cabio is weak against Lightning, so you can use magic to quickly take him down. Salva is a lot more dangerous since he can cast AoE almighty magic. Using Megido back on him is the best move, but you can also use Piercing Attack like Poison Shot to beat him.

Once you have the last key card, your party will immediately leave the Skyrunner. You now have to wait for the Soiree, where you will infiltrate Charadrius to get the formula. Completing this dungeon will also increase your bond with Gallica to Rank 4.
