With all the combat types and Fruits you can take advantage of in Blox Fruits, who has time to look at the moon? If you’re playing for at least an hour, you’ll get a notification expressing whether the Blox Fruits Full Moon has begun or ended. However, what does that matter? In the First and Second Sea, it doesn’t; it’s when you reach the Third Sea that it does.
Blox Fruits Moon Cycles Explained
In Blox Fruits, including the Full Moon, there are nine different moon types:
- Waning Crescent
- Third Quarter
- Waning Gibbous
- Full Moon
- Waxing Gibbous
- First Quarter
- Waxing Crescent
- New Moon
- Blue Moon
The different moon types are purely for decor in the First and Second Sea. You’ll also be notified only of when the Full Moon begins and ends. In fact, only the Full Moon is of actually importance in the game. To discover the kind of moon that’s in your server when you first jump in, you can typically just look at it if it’s nighttime.
- Drop your graphics quality all the way down to 1.
- Get to the highest ground that you can and look up until you can find the moon.
- If you still can’t see the moon, go up higher until you can’t see the ground anymore.
- The moon doesn’t appear during the day, so you’ll need to look around in the sky until you can see it.
What Is The Moon Cycle Used For?
The moon cycle is used for three different quests in Blox Fruits.
- Race Awakening
- The fourth step in this quest asks you to stare at a Full Moon for ten seconds to charge your Mirror Fractal. This quest is obtainable in the Third Sea.
- Soul Guitar Puzzle
- Also in the Third Sea, the Soul Guitar Puzzle uses the Full Moon in the first step of the quest. During a Full Moon, you’re asked to pray at the Gravestone in the Haunted House, which unlocks the rest of the puzzle.
- Kitsune Island
- To spawn Kitsune Island in the Third Sea, you must sail into Sea Danger Level Five during a Full Moon. Once the Full Moon appears in the server, you’ll have about fifteen minutes to get to the island.
