When a New Jersey woman has a parking lot dispute with a Domino’s Pizza worker, she never expects what happens next. Instead of handling it with grace, the employer decides to project his internal struggle—in front of another employee, too.
Posted by Niabbabyyyy on TikTok, Nia had initially called out the employee to, presumably, the owner of the Domino’s Pizza. She says he was driving in the middle of the street waiting for a parking lot. When Nia went around him, the man had a fit and started cursing at them.
As they’re telling their side of the story, the employee starts complaining, getting up from his seat to confront them. He curses at Nia and, unprompted, accuses Nia of racial animus. “You have a problem with white people. Now get the [expletive] out of here before I call the cops,” the employee says. Up at that point, no one had ever mentioned race.
At this point, he continues cursing at Nia and the other employee tries to get him to stop talking. He motions for the heated employee to leave them alone and return to his work in another area. But as he walks away, he directs more misogynistic remarks towards Nia, “Shut up, you racist [expletive]!”
Viewers update Nia on the New Jersey man’s job status
Not only were many of Nia’s viewers on her side, some argued she should considering suing. A few commenters even said they’d personally make trouble for the employee. “I’m on his [expletive] when I get back to Absecon. I’m in May’s Landing rn.”
One commenter thought Nia might have a lawsuit due to it being on camera and being a franchise. Lawyers would “eat this up,” they wrote. “Domino’s will settle so fast.”
Another viewer argued Nia didn’t have much for a lawyer to sue over. “Y’all get sooo sue happy whenever there’s an argument like nobody’s cutting a check for this bs😂😂😂.”
Well, actions do have consequences. According to a viewer in the comments, “Update: I’m So happy to hear he’s been fired ! Ppl think they can talk to ppl however with no consequence.” And while Nia has expressed interested in seeking legal advice, she has not confirmed if she will.
