A disturbing video from New York has gone viral after witnesses accused a man of exposing himself in front of a child. The footage shows police arriving to detain the man, but witnesses’ allegations have not been independently verified.
Witnesses in the video accused the man of exposing himself and performing a sexual act in the presence of a child. Witnesses also claimed that the man offered them $50,000 to leave him alone.
The incident reportedly happened on October 16th, on Ditmas Ave. in Brooklyn, New York. The video, which has since gone viral and has been reposted on numerous platforms, shows a man wearing a Kippah being held and questioned by police officers. Witnesses have stated that they caught the man pleasuring himself and exposing his genitals to a minor.
“That is insane,” states one of the witnesses, while an angry female witness explains, “He’s offering $50,000 to leave him alone. You sick [expletive]. Is that what you do?… You think we need your money?!” It appears the supposed bribe didn’t work, as the police were called to the scene and the witnesses apparently surrounded the suspect while waiting for the authorities to arrive.
One witness also claimed, ‘Supposedly this is like the second time,’ although the video does not provide details or evidence of any previous incident involving the man.

Because of the man’s clothing and the witnesses’ accusations, viewers are left wondering what exactly happened to him, and whether he was really arrested. Such comments have led to replies questioning, “WAS HE ARRESTED?”
Meanwhile, in another repost of the video, a debate raged on, with one commenter stating, “If he was black, that would have been in the title. If he was Muslim, it would have been in the title. If he was MAGA it would have been in the the title…” with similar sentiments such as, “Its [expletive] up , but it true . No special treatment, treat him like everyone else.”
