The incident at the Chipotle location came after recent comments from Chipotle’s CEO regarding portion requests. According to People, the CEO said that customers are allowed to ask for more food and that employees would generally accommodate such requests. “If you want more, you should ask for a little more. I promise you, there’s never a team member on that line that is going to say no to you,” he said.
