The anime of NieR Automata has had many issues regarding its production that have left viewers waiting for new episodes. The episodes will likely land on Crunchyroll shortly after the TV release, so anyone can watch them whenever they want. This is fantastic, as many fans have been waiting for more of this anime made by A-1 Pictures. While everyone can understand production issues inside a studio, the anime has experienced a long hiatus between its airing which has affected its viewership. Yet, NieR Automata is one of the most beloved RPG series, and people will watch it no matter what.

The anime adapts most of the things from the game perfectly. As we mentioned, one of the worst parts of its debut was the 3D, but other than that, A-1 Pictures nailed the animation. Now, we’re getting into the best part of the game, and we can’t wait to see how the studio adapts it.
We know that NieR Automata‘s anime will have 24 episodes which means we’ve only reached the first block of it. There might be another hiatus between the first and second block, but that’s normal in the anime world. Thankfully, these four episodes will give us something to watch while we wait for more.
