To find and catch Silvery Minnow in Palia, you must head to the Bahari Bay area and fish in the local Rivers. You can get this fish at any time of the day with the same chance of success. And as for bait, you should choose the No Bait option. The Silvery Minnow is a Common fish and is not picky about food or time of day. So it won’t take you too long to get that catch.

It is worth noting that many rivers in the Bahari Bay area are suitable for catching Silvery Minnow.
