How To Complete the Gold & Sharke Heist in Stealth Mode in Payday 3
Before starting a heist, we recommend playing the mission at least once to learn the approximate location of the items you need. When you are ready, just follow our instructions.
To get to the vault, you’ll need to pass several obstacles, the first of which is the gate in the lobby. In order to successfully open it and get to the second floor, you’ll need a red keycard, which is quite difficult to get without being noticed. It’s worth noting that it’s best to complete this task before you put on your mask, as this way fewer guards will trigger.
The red keycard is located in one of the two loan officers’ offices. Both offices are located on the first floor of the building, to the right and left. To find out which one you need and get there, you need a QR code. Just like in the Dirty Ice mission, you can get the QR code by hacking the phone. Fortunately, in this case, you won’t need to look for them from the outside. In general, we found a few main places where they can be, namely:
- On one of the tables in the lobby.
- In unlocked offices.
- In the parking lot below.
When you get the QR code, go to the loan officer’s office to open it and find the red key card. Keep in mind that the loan officers will be in their offices, so you need to search the location discreetly, find the item, and leave without being seen. When you do this and get the red keycard, you can open access to the second floor and continue the heist.
Get a Pin Code From the Vault Lobby
When you open the gate and climb the stairs, you’ll encounter a second obstacle. The door to the vault lobby is securely protected by a PIN code. To get the code, you need to hack the computer in the server room, which isn’t easy, so let’s get started.
Explore the second floor and find the server room, it’s small and has a lot of equipment. Interact with the computer to start hacking. Soon you’ll notice that the loading has stopped, and you need to fix it by interacting with another PC in one of the offices on the second floor. Look for the IT room to interact with the right computer, then return to the server room to finish the hack.
As you travel to the second floor, we recommend that you find a blue keycard, which you need later. You can find it on one of the tables in the offices, or steal it from the cashier in the blue suit when he is moving around.
When you return to the server room, you will receive 4 possible PIN codes. Go back to the vault lobby to look at the fingerprints on the buttons to see which of the passwords matches. When you do, you’ll face what is probably the toughest obstacle.
Disable the Lasers
This part of the mission is difficult because of its mechanics, and many players don’t understand what to do. In fact, you’ll need to interact with the switch boxes that are located on the bank’s territory to turn off the correct switch.
There will be 4 switches in each switchbox and the problem is that players do not know which one to interact with. To find out, go back to the lasers and look at the terminal on the wall to the right of them. There will be a symbol on it that is responsible for the switch. At higher difficulty levels, the symbols will change, as well as their color, which can cause problems.
Now that you know which switches you need to turn off, do so to deactivate the lasers and get into the vault.
Vault Heist and Escape
The last thing to do is to open the vault. To accomplish this, you need the manager’s computer and a blue keycard. Just go to the manager’s office, which should be on the second floor, and interact with the computer. When you do, you’ll have 30 seconds to run to the vault and attach the blue keycard.
After that, the vault door will open. Fill your bags with money, and don’t forget about the server, which is located in one of the cabinets. When you’ve done that, grab the loot and run to the van located in the sub-shift parking lot. Carefully avoid the guards and bring in all the loot, and then you can complete the mission.
