There is plenty of buzz surrounding the PGA Tour 2K23, thanks to the slew of features. From enhanced controls to the ability to play with both male and female pros, fans eagerly await its release. The available courses remain a hotly discussed topic. However, fans aren’t just curious about what the game will add. They are also interested in old courses from previous games. You do have the ability to import Legacy Courses into PGA Tour 2K23. Even so, not all players can do this. We’ll explain everything, so you’re ready when the game releases.
How to Import Legacy Courses into PGA Tour 2K23
If you’ve played previous editions of PGA Tour and enjoyed your old courses, you’re in luck. You can bring these courses into the latest game and enjoy playing it with all the new and improved controls. The process is much like that found in PGA Tour 2K21 if you’ve played that edition before.
To import Legacy Courses in PGA Tour 2K23, you want to start at the Main Menu. From there, select ‘Designer.’ Once in this section, the last thing on the list is ‘Import Legacy Course,’ so you can’t miss it.
Simply follow the instructions from there, and you can enjoy playing with your old courses.
Now that we know how to do it, you should also know that there are exceptions to this feature.
For one thing, you can only import Legacy Courses in PGA Tour 2K23 from the same console or console family.
So, if you have played on PS4 and moved onto PS5, you can import your courses. However, if you played on PS4 and now want to play the game on Xbox Series X|S, you will not be able to import your Legacy Courses.
If you find yourself in that situation, there’s not much to worry about. The game has plenty of new courses, DLC courses, and the ability to design your own course to keep you busy.
