This Pokemon Sleep cooking guide contains all of the recipe lists that you can discover in the game. In this Summer-released title, dishes can be cooked and given to Snorlax to increase its Drowsy Power. You can start making meals from recipes once you have registered 12 Sleep Styles. You can also cook using random ingredients through the Auto Cook feature too. But to make sure you can craft the best meals in the game, simply follow the Pokemon Sleep cooking guide and recipes below.

Having a recipe list in Pokemon Sleep is handy. You can cook for Snorlax up to three times a day to increase Drowsy Power at specific hours:

  • Breakfast: from 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  • Lunch: from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
  • Dinner: from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Feeding Snorlax boosts your Drowsy Power meter, helping you attract more sleeping Pokemon and unlock new Sleep Styles. Each time you cook, the Base Power of the dish increases. Adding extra ingredients will enhance its strength, too.

At first, you can craft dishes with a maximum of 15 ingredients. However, after discovering 35 different Sleep Styles, you can expand your Cooking Pot and use more ingredients by spending Dream Shards. Plan your cooking times strategically for efficient Drowsy Power growth and enjoy a variety of Sleep Styles!
