A Georgia woman went off on a bus driver after he passed her stop, repeatedly cursing at him and demanding the driver turn the whole bus around to fix it. The moment picked up traction online, with commenters piling on to tell her to get off and walk back instead.

She didn’t ring the bell so he passed her stop…

The encounter was shared to TikTok by @virgo_peach82, and starts mid-confrontation.”Hey, you need to turn around and take me to my job,” the Georgia woman tells the driver mid-route. She keeps pressing him, warning that he’s about to make her late for work, though his response is hard to hear throughout the clip.

From there, things only escalate. She calls the driver a name and warns that missing her stop is about to become a “problem” between them. She repeats her demand that he “turn around,” insisting it’s the only fix for her lateness.

According to the caption, she never rang the bell to request her stop, which is why the bus passed it.

Commenters were stunned by the request itself. “Wait. She really thought the driver could turn the bus around. The public is insane,” one wrote. Another joked, “A bus turning around will go down in history.”

Several viewers pointed out the obvious flaw in her logic: yelling at the Georgia driver only kept her moving farther from her job. “So, her solution was to remain on the bus and keep going farther away from her job?!” one asked.

A number of commenters offered the simple fix she skipped entirely. “I hope she pushed the button so the bus can stop at the next one. Put those sneakers to work sis,” one wrote.

Bus operators themselves showed up in the comments to back up the driver’s side. One, who said they drive a bus for a living, said this exact scenario happens constantly because passengers are distracted by their phones. “If she was so concerned getting to work she should have been on the lookout,” they wrote. Another added a basic reminder about how stop requests actually work. “Please don’t yell ‘right here’ to me, ring the bell, that’s how you request a stop!“

A few commenters just wanted closure. “So did she get to work?” one asked.

The exchange also sparked criticism over entitlement and basic courtesy. Viewers felt the woman was demanding that the driver fix a mistake that wasn’t his while showing him no kindness or respect.
